Vietnam Partners LLC and GTS Pyrolium® Sign Strategic Partnership to Advance Sustainable Waste Solutions in Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City, July 26, 2025 — Vietnam Partners LLC (VPLLC), a New York-based investment management and financial advisory firm, and GTS Pyrolium® (GTSP) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to advance sustainable waste management technology and promote a circular economy model in Vietnam.
Under the agreement, Vietnam Partners will support GTSP in several key areas: leading investment capital for large-scale waste treatment projects and facilities, providing strategic advice for international market expansion, developing and implementing an internationally compliant ESG framework, and establishing a branch of the VP Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (VPCEI) in Vietnam. This center will train a new generation of ESG entrepreneurs and engineers and incubate green technology startups.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bradley C. Lalonde, Chairman and Co-founder of Vietnam Partners LLC, stated: “We don’t just invest in technology—we invest in aspiration. A significant highlight of the event was the official appointment of Mr. Bradley Lalonde to the Board of Directors of GTS Pyrolium. His involvement is expected to help shape strategic direction, accelerate growth, and realize GTSP’s globalization goals.
In parallel with the investment and consulting strategy, the two parties will jointly operate the VP Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (VPCEI) in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City. This platform will serve as a bridge between education, technology, and the investment market, collaborating with top global universities such as the University of Michigan and Columbia University. The center will offer specialized training programs in ESG, a personalized Global Mini-MBA, and green startup incubation programs integrated directly with the manufacturing and R&D ecosystem at GTS InnoLab.
