BACKGROUND

Phoenix is a results-oriented entrepreneur with a decade of experience across diverse sectors including entertainment, education, automotive, and finance. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Marketing and Partnership Strategy at Investment and Business Partners (IBP). Her professional journey encompasses roles such as Marketing Manager at Ducati Vietnam and Senior Partnership and Platform Business Manager at Vani Studio Vietnam.

A graduate in International Business from Hoa Sen University, Phoenix augmented her business acumen with a Diploma from the Michigan Advance MiniMBA program jointly offered by FPT School of Business and William Davidson Institution at the University of Michigan, USA. 

In the fintech segment, Phoenix played a pivotal role in securing Vani Wallet’s first Vietnamese merchant for its loyalty aggregator and membership ecosystem. Her strategic acumen was instrumental in fostering growth and retention of loyalty transaction volumes for a portfolio of high-profile brands including 7-Eleven Vietnam, BHD Star Cineplex, Galaxy Cinema, Lotte Cinema, Lotteria, ToCoToCo, BOO Fashion, Golden Gate Group, and Highlands Coffee. Through adept management and scaling of monthly and cumulative transactions, Phoenix significantly contributed to Vani Wallet’s GMV, culminating in a monthly revenue of $300,000 by the end of 2023.
